No sites appear

Only approved members appear. Confirm at least one member is approved and check the shortcode limit and search query.

Hits are not increasing

Use the generated IN link containing bpt_action=in and the member ID. OUT hits are recorded when visitors follow a member link rendered by the toplist.

REST returns Invalid API key

Open TOP UP PRO → API Settings and use the exact stored key in POST /wp-json/top-up-pro/v1/register.

Member dashboard says no profile is linked

The signed-in WordPress user email must match the email stored on the Top Up member record.

Legacy members are missing

Use the manual legacy import control in the TOP UP PRO administration screen. Back up the database first.
