• Identify the affected shortcode or administration screen.
• Confirm the member status and whether the issue affects IN tracking, OUT tracking, signup, REST registration, or the dashboard.
• Copy the HTTP status and response message for REST problems, but never send the API key publicly.
• Back up the database before import or bulk operations.
