No key was issued

1. Confirm Licensed product is enabled.
2. Confirm the order is Processing or Completed.
3. Add available inventory for the product or enable Auto-generate keys.
4. Check the order notes for the no-stock message.

My Account Licenses returns 404

Go to Settings → Permalinks and select Save Changes once to refresh rewrite rules.

API returns license_inactive

The license must have status active. Available, revoked, and expired licenses cannot validate or activate.

API returns activation_limit_reached

Deactivate an existing instance before activating another, or issue a license with a higher limit.

Keys are not in email

Only customer Processing Order and Completed Order emails receive the license section. Confirm that issuance occurred before the email was generated.
