Admin license screen

Go to WooCommerce → Pilot Licenses. Administrators with the manage_woocommerce capability can add a supplied key or leave the key blank to generate one.

The list displays key, status, product ID, order ID, activations, activation limit, and expiry.

Statuses

• available — unassigned inventory.
• active — assigned and usable.
• revoked — order was Cancelled, Failed, or Refunded.
• expired — set when API validation or activation detects a past expiry.

Generation format

Generated keys use an optional uppercase prefix and four five-character segments by default. Ambiguous characters are excluded.

Not Available in This Version: bulk CSV import/export, activation editing, audit logs, analytics, and manual delete controls.
